1. Quick dry materials are great for all sorts of adventures - even non swimming ones. A good bikini top can double as a sports bra and a cute one piece swimsuit makes a great tank top when paired with shorts. This combination is perfect for activities where you plan to break a sweat, like hiking, paddle boarding, road tripping - you name it!

2. Easy to wash. After a day of fun in the sun, a swimsuit is easy to hand wash in a hotel sink and will dry quickly so you can wear it again, which brings us to the next point...

3. Saves space. This is especially great for those times when you want to travel light. By being able to easily wash and re-wear the same pieces, you can pack less.

4. Optimal level of coverage. Most people think of the traditional one-piece swimsuit or bikini when they think of swimsuits.
